Everything... Facilities were great... Comfortable, clean rooms... Breakfast spread was decent too... They had cabs at reasonable rates, available all time just outside the hotel... Breakfast staff, reception, door person, housekeeping staff were well mannered and always smiling...

I liked the hotel generally but the size of my suite and the staff attitude were particularly endearing. I was particularly impressed by Alexander, the manager who went out of his way to help me with the problem I had encountered with my Indian debit card!

The Property is clean and the facilities are good. a good place with outdoor and indoor games for family vacation as well. peaceful and quiet.

the staff was really filled with the warmth and chivalry. location is peaceful and on the well connected road.plus pt beach is just nearby.
